Mount Olive Baptist Church is led by a pastor and pastoral staff committed to preaching the Word, shepherding the congregation, and serving the Stafford community. Our leadership structure also includes Deacons, Deaconesses, and Trustees who support the spiritual and operational life of the church.

Our Pastor

Reverend Dr. Curtis E. Edmonds, Jr. serves as Senior Pastor of Mount Olive Baptist Church. Dr. Edmonds answered the call to lead this historic congregation in 2024 and has faithfully guided Mount Olive with vision, spiritual depth, and a commitment to transformative preaching, teaching, and community engagement.

Pastor Edmonds is supported by five assistant pastors who lead ministries, teach, and provide spiritual care across the life of the church. Together, they help guide the congregation and strengthen the church’s mission to serve God and the community.

Deacon Ministry, Deaconess Ministry, Trustees Ministry

Our Deacon Ministry serves alongside the pastor in caring for the spiritual needs of the congregation. The Deaconess Ministry provides compassionate care to members and families. The Trustees Ministry oversees the stewardship of the church’s physical and financial resources.
